A set of Photoshop brushes made up of various dangling glows. They're like glitters/glows that have been strung on a string, and they're dangling or draping in various ways. Curtains, circles, wavy stringy dangles, all kinds of designs. Includes a few "charms" to put on the end of each of the dangling strings (heart, teardrop, butterfly, flower) as well as one of the glow itself, so that you can string together some of your own!
