This tutorial will explain how to resize a brush or image/shape so that it is at least twice its original size, without losing any of the quality! Photoshop CS2 and above only, as it makes use of "Smart Sharpen."

Yeah, it all depends on what you do with it, really. I only found the tool a month or so ago, and I've been using it nonstop for all kinds of things since. It really IS a great tool, but only if you need it. I make a lot of brushes, though, so it was great for me.
